Crowe`s Fried Chicken in Troy

First time trying this newer Crowes. I'm hooked on the Crowes in Brundidge. This one just didn't do it for me. I ordered the medium snack box. The chicken tenders were good don't get me wrong but the fries were complete ass. If you decide to frequent this establishment stick with the chicken. Other than that I would keep it moving.

We have been repeat customers for 30 years. We love their chicken snack. Yum!

Nothing like it. Anywhere. Get the finger dinner with special sauce. You'll thank me later. Livers? The best. It's all good. Go Trojans!

The edge of the tenders was hard.

The burgers are good to me the chicken tenders were ok just needs a little.ore flavor bt that's just my personal opinion.

It's alright good food but not my first choice to go eat unless we dining in then it's great

I was a little underwhelmed, honestly. Maybe it was a bad day or something, but the chicken isn't anything special. Definitely better than the franchises and probably the best chicken in Troy, but that's not saying much.

The prettiest chicken I've ever seen. My husband went to college in Troy so he stopped at Crow's for lunch. It's off the beaten path, not much to look at and not the greatest sit down location. But soo worth it. Every piece of chicken is this sun kissed golden brown flakey coated delight and the crow's sauce gives all the franchise chains a run for their money.

The fried chicken here tastes like homemade. The menu is very simple, as is the restaurant itself. Portions are very large. We like to grab lunch here before football games, so it's a bit crowded at times.

If you want great fried chicken this is the place, but for the best chicken strips/nuggets with a sauce that will keep you coming back go to Crpwes

This food is absolutely horrible. Went to get chicken liver they were almost burned to a crisp. They were bland no seasoning and full of gallbladders. Second time this happened. Guess I'll go to Brundidge at least their food is edible..

First visit since the new owner took over. The chicken fingers were delicious as always. Also tried the hamburger steak an gravy and it too was very good. Fries and fried okra and sweet tea was good too.

The chicken is delish. The tenders are excellent. Fries are thick and yummy. But the dipping sauce is FANTASTIC!!!!

Crowe's is a greasy staple of Troy culture. Locals know this for it's deliciously crispy Tender Snacks. Their proprietary sauce seals the deal (I always get extra) along with the small roll. This particular location is a little shadier than it's original location on the main highway, but the food is just as tasty.

The people were great here! And the chicken was even better. This is iconic to the Troy area, so you have to eat it while you're in the area. I told the guy at the counter that I had 6 hungry people to feed, and he hooked me up quick! We ate the tenders, fried okra, and corn nuggets. Don't forget the sauce for the chicken! You will want extra! Everyone in this restaurant was so nice. It's amazing how people can come together over food!

The epitome of a local out-of-the-way, hole-in-the-wall, local favorite serving fantastic fried chicken and all the fixins. Dine in on paper plates, or takeout. Either way, it's a spot we make time to visit when travelling through Troy. The staff will treat you like an old friend from your first visit.

Stopped on the way back home to Florida, always been wanting to since Crowe is my last name :D. Walked in with a headache, walked out with a smile and full stomach. Delicious food. If I lived close to one I'd go all the time.
